RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing a quality experience. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a full refund. We will accept unworn products for up to 30 days. You may choose your own method of return shipping. The return shipping cost is non-refundable. We offer easy self service returns and exchanges on our website: Start a return or exchange here

 

REFUSED ORDER

If an order is refused by the customer the original shipping cost, return freight amount and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the credit when the item is returned to us.

 

DAMAGED ITEM

Please contact us via email at support@cudas.com. We will give you instructions to return the item for a replacement or credit.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship out via UPS, Fedex and USPS. Please contact us if you prefer a specific method of delivery. A tracking number will be provided after the order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping is Free on all orders $25 or above within the Continental US. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.25 on all other orders.  If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us via email at support@cudas.com.
